Why I Trust Eaton Circuit Breakers for Emergency Electrical Fixes (And Why I Don't Trust 'One-Stop Shops')

If it involves generic parts, standard lead times, and flexible specs, I'll consider a general supplier. But I never assume one can replace the other. The vendor who said, 'This is our wheelhouse, we can do this reliably,' earned my repeat business more than the one who said, 'Yeah, we can do that—probably.'

And as for the supplier who cost us that client in March 2023? We never used them again. Not because their products were bad—but because they promised what they couldn't deliver. In a field where a wrong breaker means a fire risk or a failed inspection, 'we can do everything' is the most dangerous phrase you can hear.
